Regardless of which membership option you choose, the following services are available:

– Access to all group training sessions, including 4 different workout paths to help you reach your goals.

– Members only private Facebook page

– Retail shop carrying RedCon1 & Driven Nutrition supplements, apparel, Fit Aid, Fuel for Fire and more.

*An initial 90 day membership is required (paid monthly). It takes about 90 days to see a majority of the fundamental movements. You will be automatically converted to month-to-month after your membership contract ends, regardless of commitment length. A 30 day cancellation notice required for all memberships (initial and renewals) and must be emailed to info@sheepdogathletics.com

* When you are ready to commit, so are we. Memberships, Drop-Ins, Personal Training and Punch Cards are Non-Refundable and may have expiration dates. Please check your receipt or Wodify account.

Friday- 5:45am, 9:15am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Saturday – 9:00am

 

Open Gym:

Wednesday – 545am – 7:00am, 9:15am – 11:00am, 4:15 – 7:00pm

Sweat! Core Crusher! & Glute Gainz! – Your choice Wednesdays!! Mix and match for the workout you want! Sweat is a mix of machines and calisthenics to elevate your heart rate and hit that fat burning zone! Core Crusher targets the core with a fun and challenging workout to build a strong and stable base. Glute Gainz rounds out the day with a lower body focused workout.

Barre, Beats, Battlestar Galactica!- Join Meaghan for a High Energy class pairing Pilates, Yoga & Ballet with the best music for a fun and challenging workout! No experience is necessary, she’ll walk you through  every movement.

Lift & Mobilize – Get strong and be mobile! The best combo!

Open Training Session – Come in to complete the days’ workout on your own or use this time for extra mobility, lagging muscle or skill work.
