Most athletes understand they can’t get in shape by working out for six weeks and then staying home for the rest of the year, but many take this approach to nutrition. It’s often difficult to develop lifelong habits instead of looking for quick fixes. That’s why we’ve revamped our nutrition program so that we can make sure you’re getting the results you’re looking for AND help you create habits that will last long term. We’ve created three different paths to help you meet your goals- Lean, Performance, and Gain.

  • First, you’ll meet with a Team Leader to discuss your set macros and schedule.
  • Next, you’ll do a “mini-challenge” where we take all of your “before” photos and measurements.
  • Then, you’ll complete 30 days on your set plan.
  • At the two week mark, we’ll have a follow up via Facebook or email to make sure everything is coming together.
  • At the end of the 30 days, we take your “after” photos and measurements.
  • Lastly, we adjust anything as necessary to keep you moving forward.
  • These mini-challenges can be done as often as you would like to keep you accountable and on track to meet your goals!
