CrossFit SANE: Being Mobile in the New Year!

There was no better way to end the first day of 2016 than by working on our mobility! It was so much fun that even Ava joined in! We’re excited to be offering a program that will help our members increase their range of motion, optimize performance and promote recovery, healing and longevity! Mobility will be a crucial part in our program at CrossFit SANE. A mobility workout will be added to the beginning or end of class to coincide with the Workout of the Day. We will even have an option to be able to do the mobility workouts at home.
