Summer 2Summer 2016016 is just around the corner! Join our beginner’s course starting June 6th to stay fit for summer. A beginner’s course consists of 6 classes over two weeks and 2 weeks of free CrossFit group classes. During these classes you’ll learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and the basics of nutrition and mobility. Don’t be afraid of being a beginner and get started with CrossFit SANE!
